    We bought a scooter from you (TVS N-torq 125) with cash,10 days before the lockdown
    But we were allowed to pass our vehicle 3 months after the lockdown.
    Even after our tireless efforts and our responsibility, we got the vehicle ourselves.
    We have not yet received the required services, extra parts (accessories), even number plate along with the vehicle.
    Your Palghar branch from which we purchased the vehicle has been closed. You did not consider it necessary to give us even simple information about this matter.
    We collected the information ourselves and started servicing the vehicle from Boisar branch. It was only when we got the vehicle that it was in very bad condition.
    His chassis number has rusted in such a short time.
    We don't get any positive response from you even after making many phone calls and visiting the showroom ourselves.
    We humbly inform you that we will wait only two days, even after this if we do not get feedback from you then we will take legal action against you.
    Your car will be delivered to you and we will return our value.
    You shouldn't have expected such a dirty service and such irresponsibility.
