Complaint Service regarding Nova trimmer

    Sir/madam
    It's been a month after I shipped the Nova NHT 1090 Trimmer for servicein. As per my knowledge from the mails sent, the product was recieved on/ before 3 August 2020 in your office.

    It takes only 3 to 4 working days to service the product as mentioned by you through the previous email. It's been a month since I shipped the product to you. I tried calling you repeatedly and you response was null or contradictory different times.
    As mentioned by one of your staff "it was once send back to me and was returned undelivered". But when I enquired in the post office, I came to know that no consignment sent in my name was rejected from there. The same staff did not divulge the tracking details of the above mentioned consignment (as she said you have sent) even after frequent requests for tracking the same. Another response from your side is " our technician will contact you shortly", but no technician felt to contact me till date.

    I am very frustrated by the service of your company and I would like to know the concise status of the above mentioned product, whether serviced or not, the time required by you to ship it back to me. Also i would like to mention that if the product is not shipped back to me within a week I will be forced to go with legal proceedings and file a case in the Consumer court seeking justice.
