Complaint Unable to get my luggage

I Lisan Ahmad Bhat was traveling from Bangalore to jammu airport on 17th july in indigo flight pnr no. WENFFL. There was power bank in my luggage due to which I was not able to receive it in jammu airport. When I reached jammu airport on 17th July around 2-2:30 pm they told me that it will come on 18th july & gave me the contact no :8800226859. I filled the application for letter of authority/ idemnity also. Now I'm trying to call them & reach the airport for confirmation call but no response from them. I'm quarantined in katra presently & will get my test reports by today evening then I need to move to kishtawar district from katgya. Kindly look into this matter as it's very urgent for me.
