Complaint Insuarance claim

    Dear Sir,

    I am a satisfied customer of Maruti for last 20 years. I am holding a 2 cars (Alto –WB26K1871 , Dzire – WB 083249). Prior to that I had a very good experience of having Maruti 800 & Zen VXI.
    Last 3 years I have taken all the service & insurance renewal from Bhandari Automobile. As usual this year also I have paid to Bhandari Auto mobile for insurance purpose.

    On 12th March’15 Bhandari collected a cheque of Rs. 14900 for 0 depreciation policy of Dezire VDI,Policy No – MOP2282570 & the amount has debited on 22nd march’15 from my bank account.
    On 28th Mar’15 Bhandari has called me to inform that I will have to pay Rs.20000 to get 0 depreciation benefit as I claimed 4 times in last year. But I had taken insurance damaged claim for 3 times &
    One time I had paid full money(Rs. 7000) from my own for rare bumper replacement. I have already informed the same to Mr. Yagya Sharma. Most importantly 28th March was the last date for the renewal so I have told him to get back on that day only for further process. But I did not get any call from his end. I am unable to move anywhere by my car as my insurance policy has been lapsed. On 4th april’15 I have called to Mr. Yagya Sharma but he did not take my call.

    My point is I have already paid of Rs. 14900 on 12th March’15. On that time they did not tell me that I have to pay Rs. 20000. I have claimed only 3 times for damage repair. I paid the entire amount , what they informed me before my policy would get lapsed. Kindly look in to this matter on urgent basis & let me inform what would be my next step.
