Complaint Actual bill not generated

    Hi Team,

    Customer ID:124301827987,

    I used to receive Average Bill(which is too more than the actual),
    i have received my second bill of more than 2000 RS which was too high as peer meter reading, they have created will of 491 unit but actual reading was 387 on that time. i have registered a complain(1003905627) to correct my bill, but no one has taken any action on the same i have also register many other complain again this issue. but still they use to generate average bill after that as well.

    No one use to visit to take actual reading and they generate the average bills.

    now i have received another bill of 94 days of 125 unit which also not a actual reading.

    I am not going to pay any bill till this issue will not resolved.

    please do the needfull ASAP.
