Dear Sir,

Google Play is asking retailer ( Phone pe) will pay & Phone pe is asking merchant will pay (Google Play) Please do the needful & credit my account .
I don't know retailer & merchant return policy. I just want to make payment from Google Pay. Accidentally I added amount of Rs. 5000 for making payment by adding amount from my card.

After one week , I have checked my bill statement transaction of Rs.5000 which is not a nominal amount of recharge coupon 250 to 500.

Please understand my problem & refund my money as soon as possible.

I have shared reference no of Phonepe & communication with Google play official.

As stated in our Terms of Service, I'm afraid that we won't be able to refund Google Play gift cards purchased from third-party retailers.
