I had booked for gas cylinder on 16.02.2020. bill was raised on 18.02.20 and as per your massage it was delivered on 19.02.2020 but as on today I.e. on 26.02.2020 it has not been delivered. My gas has already finished. now I have to buy gas from black market and have to more money. When I called to delivery boy namely Vijay Pal he refused to come today. He is doing always same thing. And I had made complaint but no action has been taken against him. Kindly register my complaint and take action against him, failing which I have right to approach consumer court and other appropriate forum. Regards Prabhakar Pandey
