    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I purchased a BAJAJ FLASHY 1000W ROOM HEATER on 20.12.19 from Great Eastern Retail Pvt Ltd , branch Dhakuria. On 23.12.19 morning suddenly we find that the machine stopped working.I immediately took the machine to the shop and was advised by the salesgirl(present at that time)not to visit shop for such problems , instead call Bajaj for servicing.I called Bajaj and the person who visited said that the heater is not working and it will take 3 days for them to replace parts.

    This is for your information that the heater was purchased for my ailing father who was release from hospital on 19.12.19 after treatment of 16 days.He was suffering from pneumonia and is very aged. He is feeling v cold and we are afraid that he might again catch cold in this weather.

    I requested the shop to either replace the machine or give us a stopgap machine.But no help was provided from the shop.

    I(also the guys of Bajaj who visited) really fail to understand how come a new machine becomes faulty in 3 days? Why no aftersales service is provided by this outlet of Great Eastern .I personally called up Mr Ranjit Adhikary for any kind of help but neither he connected me to the manager of the store nor he agreed to call up Bajaj so that the faulty part can be replaced at the earliest.

    This kind of unprofessionalism is not expected from a retail like Great Eastern.I request the authority to at least speak to Bajaj so that the faulty part can be replaced within 1 day..I believe this kind if help can atleast be expected from your end.
