Hi , my self Ajay Thakur form zirakpur , punjab ..I have applied for cable connection on 15th oct and your operator ( rahul) got money and required docs from me in addition he took 300ts for wire which I gave..post that my connection not activated and start following with your operator but no resolution some how I got one another number ( bittu) and I called him he said rahul has left the job I will come and fix the issue..he came and said you have to pay 300rd more as need amplifier to install..I paid . Bit issue remains the same no resolution..today is 5th of November and no resolution..I dont know what kind of customer service you are offering or you dont have control on your operator . I have called to your local office too and they assured resolution..but nothing happened..I'm writing to you but dont know any action will happen or not..if you wish to resolve call call me for more detail
