I bought a redmi note 7s mobile which was well delivered to me on 5/10/2019.
I found its performance unsatisfactory. Now I want to get refund my money. But when I tried it, I could get option of replacement of the same product. There is no option to refund. But the product is so poor that I do not want to take this model again...Have I committed a mistake ordering from flipkart ? Other companies give refund if product is not satisfactory.
I want to buy another product. Please help me.
