    Dear Team,

    We had bought a bearing from M/s. H. M. Doyal & Co, Hauz Qazi, New Delhi vide invoice number 2019-20/13102 dt. 17.09.2019. The bearing model is 7309BEP and was to be used in one of Grundfos’ Pump Motor. Upon installation, the bearing was found to be noisy. To resolve the customer’s issue urgently, we bought another bearing which is working fine.

    Upon contacting the dealer, we did not get any proper support and were bluntly asked to contact you for the same. The dealer did not even inform us about the customer care details which came as a surprise to us.

    The invoice is being attached herewith. Also attaching the questionnaire along with.
    You are requested to kindly arrange for a replacement at the earliest.
