    I with my family was travelling from Kunigal to Hassan on Sunday the 22nd September, 2019. At NHAI Lanco Devihalli Highway ltd. (NH 75) around 4.20 P.M on the said date when I reached the above plaza I asked for return journey ticket and paid 500 on moving 50 feet forward i checked the balance amount and the ticket and noticed that the toll ticket issuer had issued one way ticket. I alighted from the car and went to the counter and asked about the above. He arrogantly said I asked one way. I told I asked two way. By that time few persons of the toll centre started shouting at me and my family. The time I travelled is 4.20 pm. on 22.9.2019.
    The time printed on the ticket is 7:25:33PM. The bad behaviors is pathetic and no official who can sort out this type of issues is not found. Please take action against such person and also look to correct the timing and also install a button to the travelling person to press 1 or 2 so that this type of complaints could be prevented.
