Complaint Sansui LED TV not working.

    Dear Sir,
    Subject : My Sansui LED 40” TV not functioning.
    Dealer : Snehanjali Retail Pvt.Ltd., Andheri (West).
    Invoice ref.no. E588786 dt.28th Feb 2018.
    This is with reference to my complaint about my LED TV not functioning properly, lodged on 3rd March 2018 with your Customer care no.022-39404040
    During the conversation with your call centre executive, I was given assurance that an Engineer would visit my residence at Jogeshwari (W) in 2 – 3 days’ time to resolve my complaint.
    I received SMS on 5th March 2018 confirming that Mr. Dharampal will visit on the same day @3pm. Also I was given Scode – S02409. However till today nobody visited to resolve my complaint.
    I am calling every-day, but no heed was shown to my complaint. I am very disappointed and therefore writing to you with lot of hopes.
    Further note this is the second time in less than 9 months when my LED TV is not functioning due to panel problem. Last time in around June 2017, the entire Panel was replaced with the new one, however I could not even last for a year or 10 months. I am not happy with the quality of the product which I bought just 2 years back.
    In view of the above I demand a new LED TV of same specification and model along with 5 year warranty.
    Kindly look into my complaint and do the needful at the erliest. In case my complaint is not resolved in the next 2 days, then I shall be coerce to file a complaint against your Company, for supplying cheap quality product and poor after sales service, in the Consumer Court.
