    I had registered a complaint about the refrigerator defect on 09th Sept 19 which comes under extended warranty. They confirmed me that the technician will visit within 72 hours. I waited 72 hours nobody visit to check. I call back the next day they said we have escalated the case he will visit the next day. They already had missed for first visit TAT, since then I am daily following up for the same. Every time team is saying we have escalated your case to higher management, you will get the call within the next two hour, but nobody bothers to call. Its been frustration to followup with reliance with rescue team. Even now I visited to Reliance Digital showroom. Same reply I am getting from there also. Never take a warranty from Reliance Digital. It's a harassment.
