Complaint Refund not received

    Dear Sir/Ma'am

    i was there at your store on 08/07/2019 to purchase the product which was of 100chf and i swipe the card of 100chf but the payment was fail so your staff told me to try the payment in 2 parts so they swipe for 40chf for the first part it was successful transition and then i tried for 60chf which was fail transition so they told me that we are crediting 40chf to your card back and you give us the cash so i argee and then i paid it through cash. But still i have not received the 40chf credit in my card so pls help me out for this

    I had swipe the card at your store for 40CHF through card no. ending with 5175. Please find receipt attached below. Then You carried out the refund process of 40CHF to my card no. ending with 1725 Please find receipt attached below for your reference.

    Can you please update me on the status of my refund because i have not received it yet. If you require any further information. Please let me know.
