In the past, Xpressbees Imphal never home-delivered parcels in my name even though my home is only 800 metres from their office. Today also mobile tracking shows that my parcel is out for delivery at 11 a. m. but do not deliver the same. When I personally enquire to their office, they say that the parcel is already out for delivery. It is not delivered upto 6 p. m. This courier service is the worst in Imphal, please take necessary actions.
