    sir,I am 76 years old n I requested sbi to cancel my sbi unmatti cr card issued to me agst my fd of Rs.4/- lakhs with sbi br no 21711 swami nagar br Urapakkam west 603211 ( chennai) with cr limit of Rs.3.20 lakhs.the mail correspondence is going on for last 10 days n it seems from the customer care dept to nodal officer asking 5 days time.i am very old n sick.could u help me SIr.my cell no 7358209927.I was informed by mail n sms it will be solved today but unfortunately nothing materalised.I need the bal of Rs.1.13 Laks in the fd after adjustment of amt payable agat the card.if u want me to go to yr chennai office I will present my case to them.I hope sincerely yr goodself will help an old man by bringing to sbi cards n payment services p ltd guru gram,Haryana.tks n best wishes
