    I am born on plot 55 Viman Nagar Pune 411014.
    Plot has since been developed and at present I reside in B103 Viman Platinum on plot 55.
    I have drivers licence index 2 and electricity bill having this adetail added on. Aadhar Card, made from ration card states Viman Nagar Colony 55 Viman Nagar.
    I have filled my present address on my application form, but it got changed at Counter A. No one consulted me.
    I tried to explain to the police man, but he did not listen and filed adverse report.
    Next I receive a passport having address that I need to change, but I have been sent SNC and am accused of supressing documents.
    Please I request police and PSK staff to be helpful.
    Please I need also to reissue the passport.
