Complaint 1.5 ton Split Ac Problem

I had complained for my 1.5 ton split Ac. The mechanic told that Compresswor needs to be changed. New compressor fixed on 15th July 2019.
The issue is not fully resolved as Ac effect is not felt fully. Also water is sprayed in the room by Ac unit whenever the unit is switched on. Water discharge outside is also on higher side. Compressor is with one year warrenty. Kindly depute the concerned immediately
