This hospital is full of cheats, its only about the money and nothing else. Unfortunately I took my grandmother for a simple hip fracture treatment to this known Apollo hospital in Lucknow thinking that she would be in safe hands of experienced doctor but I was absolutely wrong, little did I know that there were doctors sitting as hawks....whomade us rush for the surgery telling us again and again that we’re running out of time. This is there mode of operation I.e to create a situation of panic with only one motive and that is to extract or squeeze as much money as possible. My grandma was 94 years old and we were not in favour of the surgery but Dr Sanjeev Gupta and his assisstant made us wrongly believe that if we get the surgery she would be walking in a few hours, this is there way of conning people to extract money, these doctors dont have a heart and certainly no ethics or values connected with there profession. Dr Sanjeev Gupta ( HOD) orthopaedic surgeon was responsible for the surgery. There was NO post operative care. The nurses were untrained, my grandmother was transfered to the private room where her BP went down drastically but there was not a doctor in sight. The nurses were so untrained that even when my grandmothers BP dropped to 33 they were saying its alright and is normal to fluctuate after surgery. It took half an hr to shift her to the ICU where they were brutally poking needles and even did her dialasys which was in no way needed. We lost our most beloved grandmother. Dr Sanjeeb Gupta didnt even have the courtesy to brief us slightly as to what went wrong and how we lost our grandma after the surgery . They gave us a huge huge bill for 2 nights. I wouldnt advise anybody to go this hospital, little did i realise that a small hip fracture would cost my grandmother her life. These people who are running the hospital are a bunch of cheats. We made a huge mistake by taking our grandma to this hospital and God forbid wouldn’t want anybody to go through this, please beware of this hospital!!
