I have already reported this on the customer care helpline and sent 2 follow up emails, following purchase of the product in July 2019. The representative on call took the details and said someone would be sent to investigate and collect the product, but this still has not happened. The attached product, Durex Play Vibrations Ring (with invoice number Inv/1920/30148, order no.DX20722) did not switch on at all despite working battery claimed to have been included in it. Please address this immediately. Either replace or refund it ASAP. For the amount you charged for a completely useless piece of junk, I would think a brand name like yours would be much more scrupulous about such an issue.
