Complaint No Response from customer care

    I have been complaining for my wifi network for 10 days now. It keeps on disconnecting every few minutes. I have checked my router and it is working fine. I have complained everyday from the past 10 days. Customer care executive says that internet service are being shown in their PC however i am not able to serve the internet. Every complaint i make comes with a response of urgent solution
    I dont understand in 10 days time u have got no time to resolve one single issue
    There has been no home visit
    And everytime i call them to complain they say that we received the complaint today only
    There has been no complain earlier
    I dont understand how is this possible
    Either u should refund my money or i think i should switch to other service provider who do not harass their customer.
    I have been using airlink for a time now but since last few months the service quality has deteriorated and customer care executive never listens to your call and hangs up on the customer everytime.
    Please check the list of complaints i have been making since last 10 days and you will know that your executive turn down the problem as solved while the problem still pertains.
