    Respective Sir/Madam,

    Myself Sunil Kumar Gaba and I am a resident of Tilak Nagar, Delhi, India.
    I have a Reliance Jio network connection, whose number is 8800489595.

    It has passed around 3-4 months since I am complaining to JIO Customer Care Team for very low internet surfing speed. I am receiving internet surfing speed of 1kbps to 30kbps throughout 24 hours round the clock. I am facing this issue since last 3-4 months.

    I have Reliance Jio 4G Connection. And as I understand when we are talking about 4G, it means a minimum speed of 2mbps, which I am not getting.

    I have many times requested to JIO Customer Care but unable to get the speed as promised by JIO. This speed is very low compared to 2G Spectrum as well.

    All the time I am getting the below responses from JIO CCE:
    1. There are many users in your area, all the users are using the internet at same time.
    [SG Query]: Then, how all the users in my area are using internet through out 24 hours.

    2. Internet Coverage is very good in your area.
    [SG Query]: Then How my call is dropping in my area and how my internet surfing speed is too low.

    3. We can not refund your recharge money as we do not have any policy of refunding.
    [SG Query]: Then why not you are provding the internet surfing speed as promised.

    4. We can not register your complaint and provide your a complaint number.
    [SG Query]: Why there is no such system which can force the system to resolve the issue at earliest.

    5. We can not commit any date or time period when your problem will be resolved.
    [SG Query]: It has passed 3-4 months, how long I have to wait to get my problem resolved.


    I am waiting for indefinite time period. Kindly note that this is against the promising made by Reliance JIO while taking the Spectrum License from the Government of India. If such a big company is making false commitments and misguiding the Telecom Ministry of Govt. Of India, the a strict action needs to be taken by Telecom Ministry of Govt. Of India.

    I request you to look into this issue, else in nearby future Reliance Jio will create a bigger issue than this.
