    hi,am prithvi i bought samsung galaxy e5 2 weeks before from poorvika, i am having problem with the touch keypad . sometimes when i text the letter u is not responding and sometimes the remaining battery percentage varies whenever i switchoff and start the mobile. can i get a replacement for the mobile?
    what should i bring when i come for the replacement?
