Sir,
I have book ticket from Secundrabad to Nellore on 14/7/19 through irctc online and amount deducted from my account and ticket was not booked and I received message from you as follows
"An amount of Rs 365.49 deducted against IRCTC Txn ID 100001940298438on 14-Jul-2019will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered."
I request you to refund the amount and complaint is given on 21-07-2019 and Ticket ID-4510575 allotted by you. But so far there is no reply from your side. hence i request you to take necessary action.
