Meecl what is with the load shedding everytime we the people in upper Shillong Mawkriah East are suffering because of this nuisance. Stop this immediately we pay bills on time but you people cannot provide is with proper electricity always switching off the light please get the facts straight if your people cannot work and see that people not suffer than recruits another people to do the work properly
Complaints made many time at upper Shillong but they would never respond it is time you see that it is done correctly more than 18hrs a day no electricity everyday.
