    Dear Bajaj Finserv Team,
    AS a existing Customer , please visit attached pdf document on my current Loan
    I am sorry to bring to your notice ,as i am really not happy with your Verification Department, the way handle my case ,
    its been 45 days still no proper response or update from your team ,
    it was said that within 24-48 hours amount will be credited into my account but there is no proper update , later i learnt that some one from verification depart came to my office at odd time and found my office locked , as i work for US Operations so we work on EST Time Zone not IST Time zone and the executive from Verification Department without calling me just updated in the records that my phone was switched off,

    I strongly disagree with his statement, he never tried my phone and without due diligence kept my loan status on Hold ,

    I am currently getting more than 80K Per Month as Salary with Decent CIBIL Score of 780 Points, and when i am paying all my EMI's on time without any late payment than i should be getting the loan at ease ,

    if you dont want to offer personal loan , no issues , but do let me know why did Baja Finserv Team has Black Listed my Company " Vondus Technologies Pvt Ltd "
    Bajaj Finserv Team Informed me that due to my company my loan approval was rejected , when i have good repayment history and Good Cibil so still if you dont want to offer loan ,But As Business Operations Head of Vondus , i have every right know the Reason for black Listing my Company ,
    i should bring to my company CEO and other directors siting in USA

    should you reply within 24-48 hours to avoid next level escalation
