    I hereby convey that I am using only ACT fibernet and in the future also I will be using the ACT fibernet only, so as a concession, please reduce my monthly bill amount within 1000 rupees and not more than that. If this has been done, it will be of more helpful for me, as I am a regular customer of ACT, please take this into consideration. Thanking you.
