I tried to cancel one ticket bookef through redbus for dt.03.5.19,paid Rs.456 for journey from berhampur to jeypore,but to no avail.i raise d complaint through compliant phNo.9437258959 and he assured to get it refunded but not cancelled .Worst service from OSRTC and red bus.
