    Dear Sir/Madam

    I have had Portable Tablet Computer (White) A7-30 Model : Lenovo A33000-GV(TAB A8GWH-IN (Mfg Date : 2014 -06-25).

    My complaint about this TAB is that its charging section/battery is not functioning well. It takes 24 hours to charge the battery 100 percent and after doing 5 min. work on it battery goes to 0 percent.

    This has been happening for the last three months(the time from which I got this TAB).

    I have called the customer care at the no. 1800-30029929 but this no. is not working.

    Kindly sort out my problem so that I can have more faith on Lenovo company. My no. and address are below:
