    Dear Rentomojo Team,

    On 12th April 2019, I Anupama Chaudhary rented an Air cooler of capacity 35L with order ID 200409125.

    I made this purchase at Mumbai, on 12th of April and I received the same on 17th of April but unfortunately, your product has not performed well & now on 20th of this month when I cancelled my subscription, the service we are getting is very inadequate. The Tenure charges are Rs 5501.2/- which seems charitable & is definitely intolerable. The net worth of this product is even lesser than the Tenure amount which you guys are expecting me to submit, isn't that laughable?? Also the deposit amount submitted against this was Rs 1580/- which no clue when I will be getting back!!

    This was something which was highly unexpected from such a reputed marketplace. I personally never anticipated this from your side because I am utilizing your services and resources since July 2018 and I still have the subscription of various furniture & appliances which I will definitely be cancelling post such a pathetic & piteous service.

    To resolve the problem, I would appreciate if you won't charge any tenure amount and return our deposit money too post the reverse pickup of the product, since the product is unused from the very first day. Enclosed are the screenshots of the application which is concerning this purchase.
