    My dad is struggling since long to close the billing amount but there is no help from the executives.

    -- We are staying in Mumbai and no one stay at our village home but still the billing amount for every month is on an average of 300.

    -- We raised the concern in Gondola office and the officers told there is problem with the electricity meter and you have to change the meter.

    -- They have charge some amount and after a long followup they given us a new electricity meter and told us next month your problem will be solved.

    -- But now this month the officer came for reading he told your account is not been transfer to the new meter the reason this month also you have to pay the amount.

    -- Not sure where is the Gap in this issue can someone please help me close my problem at the earliest please.
