Complaint Horrible and unprofessional attitude

    Since the past seven months of taking a nextra connection, I have had the worst experience. Every month atleast for 5-6 days internet services are down and inspite of numerous complaints to your customer care wherein I am told to be patient and rudely disconnected nothing improves. The only prompt service is disconnecting the connection at midnight if my payment is delyed even for an hour over the due date.
