    We have already selected our optional channels and pay the amount as per option selected . Due to my surprise , your office have either disconnected all the channels or part of the channels without any notice saying " insufficient Balance or "Channel is not part of your subscription ". What is going on in videocon office.. From the day of selecting the optional channels , I have contact your office for disconnecting the optional channels and i am spending nearly 200 Rs to call your office from the recharge date...worst customer service .. If you are doing like this you can loose all the customers of videcon .

    Kindly look into this matter seriously and in future give all the optional channels without interruptions immediately..
