Complaint E-payment success but ticket not confirmed

This is regard booked ticket from Vijayawada to Chennai,payment order reference number 3035296734 and EBS payment id 122900529 which is successful but ticket is not confirmed.. When I checked with APSRTC customer care amount is not processed so it will revert to bank account.When I cross checked with my bank person he stats that amount already debited which can't process from bank side.. So apsrtc plz make sure my amount 1776 should reflect back to my account as per bank norms.. Now I booked new ticket to continue my journey..
