Complaint Accident of Zomato delivery person

This is to inform you that a Zomato delivery person has met a serious accident near my home. Address:C-34,New Multan Nagar,Delhi-56. His finger is broken brutally and has been urgently taken to the hospital by the person with whom he met the accident.
I, therefore, request the Zomato team to please cancel that order with the help of the bike no. :DL9SBR3481, and also help the injured person by not claiming any sort of charge against him as it is not sure whose mistake it was in the accident. This is a polite request to your team on my own behalf.
Also I would like your team to help the person's family financially for the time period he resumes his duty.
Please provide his family all the possible help that your team can.
