This is to bring to your kind information that I am Arun Prasad from Madurai holding an account with your IOB- Apollo hospital branch since 5 years..
On 22-01-2019 I attempt to get an amount of Rs. 5800/-from punjab national bank- thettampattil Building- PARIMALA - kerala ATM ID:- N4431300
the amount was automatically debited from my account. Two time attempted. Second attempt only I got the amount... First time money was not received... the machine says transactions DECLINED..
Kindly revert this lodged complaint and do the needful for the same
