    Im Sudha 50 years old & i had booked a ticket on 22nd Jan 2019 which was scheduled at 2:30pm. I was late by 5minutes to the stop & had placed a call to the bus person in prior & requested him to wait for 5 minutes, which he denied. I also asked him for the bus number so as to catch it up but he denied stating the bus will not wait. Is this the kind of service you provide? Not even waiting for 5 minutes & & expecting a 50year old female with arthritis to catch up with a bus, cannot inform the bus number when asked for. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Please do take appropriate action & refund atleast half of our money
