    I bought a top from GIP mall,KAZO store, Noida.I dint noticed that top was defective until I wore it on some party and someone pointed it out.
    Its hardly been 20-25 days and when i went to store to replace it as I had bill.But still they refused to exchange as the tags were missing.Also the attended talked to me in a rude manner and told me that will discuss the matter with his head and will call me on monday, now its friday and he dint yet contacted to me.Its an horrible shopping experience with them as the staff on the billing counter is quite rude.
