    I have purchased ur Lava Iris 65 modelon 05/08/2018 from Dubai.uCashreciept in upssession.Iam a central gvt. employee make visit to other countries often.Now the mobile I purchased have display problem as per ur service centre at Mysore.They denied service because I purchased from other country. As a customer and consumer it is my due right to get service As a reputed International organisation you definitely won't advice,go to Dubai again for repair it.Hence I request ur good office to do the needful to repair or replace the instrument at your earliest and protect my due right.
