Complaint Squad behaviour

    sir i am a student of mj college ,squad
    of my centre(m.v.s.r) is not well mannered as we
    are writing our semister exams.as you know this is winter season and everyone wears sweaters and jackets because the temp is 22 degree celcius and the wind speed is 11 km/hr as of common sense everyone wears sweat shirts ,squad of this centre says to wear sweaters you should take permission from osmania university to wear in the examination hall ,the exam hall has broken windows leading flow cold air inside the hall..so tell me if we get started headache due this cold air we get no time to prepare for next exam,ultimately we have to get loss..so kindly reply to the college to allow students to wear sweat shirts in the examination hall or else make the window to good condition by the college ,,he is repeatedly saying to wear it go and take permission from university ,how can i leave the exam and come to university for asking permission to wear sweat shirts...please look in to this matter....
