    I would inform that I had purchased an motorcycle bajaj platina 100 comfert form your authorized dealership Bagga Link Najafgarh showroom on dated 29/09/2018. Invoice No.-M32086 dtd.-21/09/2018 Chassis No.-MD2A76AY4JRF61755.

    I would like to state as below:-
    1. It has noising form engine from the day first like tappit sound when the speed is 50-60 km/hr. May be from piston or crank.
    2. It has also noising form front may handle when jumping in rough road.

    Both of above problem notified to the dealer service point and showroom personal at Najafgarh, in 1st & 2nd service but till the problem is same. Also inform that the dealer service engineer always assured there is not any problem as notified by me.

    Yesterday I.e. 09/10/2018 also complaint for this problem and inspect by the technician and he said that the problem resolved because a bolt loose from engine head. But today the sound is as it is.

    I am totally unsatisfied with this type of job. I had purchased 2nd bike of bajaj because I had another bike discover 150 and Its response too good and drive 7 years.

    This is my humble request to you as a customer that kindly resolve the problem of my bike or otherwise I will go through Consumer Court.
