Complaint Undue delay

    Sir,
    I am a consumer of Indane Gas for the past many years. My gas delivery comes through "Kashmir Gas Agency" Opposite Iqbal Park Srinagar with my consumer No-24944.
    It is shocking for the dealer and embarrassing for me that despite booking of gas refilling cylinder on 20th Dec. 2014, I have not been provided with the gas cylinder till to this day that has created a lot of problem that too in the harsh weather conditions in kashmir. I even telephoned the delaer dozens of time but to no avail. In just past 03 days i contacted the dealer 08 times requesting for the gas delivery but phone too is being ignored as the dealer mostly prefer not to pickup the phone deliberately. I do not understand the logic behind depriving me of the gas that i want to know from the dealer. I have been left with only one alternative to go for court proceedings against the gas dealer and I am intending to sue the dealer for a compensation of Rs.05 lacs then only the dealer can understand how to deal with the consumers in a responsible way and more with people friendly. The dealer has crossed all parameters and it looks the gas quota received by him may have been put for black marketing. I will also approach the consumer court shortly. Most embarrassing moments for me are when the dealer ignores to pick-up both land line and mobile no,s.
    Hope you look in to the affairs of the dealer personally and redress grievances by cancelling his gas dealership.
