    Complaint about Refrigerator service on local service center.

    RT27BDPS1/XTL/2010

    We called your local service center for repair four months back after lot of followup they sent technician,they filled the gas and they made so much alter in the gas line,and he charged Rs.4500/,it was working for three months again we facing the cooling problem we complaint to them,they given mobile no.of the technician,we made so many calls he didn't turn for more than a month,again we made complaint,technician came and he says there is no problem with gas because it is filled four months back and he says the fan has to change because it is offen stops and he says that today evening or tomorrow morning we will change the fan motor but he didn't turn up for one week every day I made calls min.of ten times he never attend my call,i sent the sms stating even if you are not attending the problem is ok for us and I request him to fix the parts he removed and throne out side,he never cared my message,again through land line I registered my complaint,after two days they sent some other technician he came and analysis the problem and he says there is no problem with the fan motar,there is no gas and gas has to be filled,tomorrow another technician will be attend he says again a week time no body has come,again made complaint through land line after two days they sent the technician he filled the gas and charged Rs.1500/and given his mobile number to call incase of any problem, the refrigerator was working with 50 percent cooling effect for just two days only,i called the technician and inform the problem he says he will come and rectify but he didn't turn up from Friday I calling every time he says evening he will attend but he won't come today morning also I called him up to 4.00 pm today he didn't turned up again I called him he says tomorrow he is coming,i am also an engineer,service provider,having forty years of experience, I don't know where I went wrong,by choosing the brand or trust the brand name,i never faced such a problem in my life,the worst product and the worst service backup providing by the Samsung,this made not to go for any of the Samsung products in future. I don't know my complaint will be consider as serious,any how I trust the brand,you people's are cheated with the service after sales,let me wait for the action taken by the company.
