Please issue the direction to the concerned authority to rectify the software of sub division Pragpur Division Dehra. It is brought to your kind notice that I had deposited as advance amount in my electricity accounts bearing No. DR-33 and DR-122 under sub Division Pragpur. It has come into my notice that all users are getting information regarding billing amount through SMS message. But, it is strange that despite entered my mobile number in your office I have not getting SMS about my electricity bill and balance.
You are therefore, requested, to kindly registered my mobile number 9418711798 in your office and provide my bill amount and balance amount through SMS message. I shall be highly obliged.
