    Sir
    I am Ram Lubhaya SO Durga Dass, r/o Ferozepur City, Punjab 152002. Sir I have to send registered posts many a times by Indian Post. But Branch of Indian Post situated at Chowk Arya Samaj, Ferozepur City - 152002 not working properly. Officials of this branch are always make excuses and refuse to accept any post i.e. registered or ordinary. They always tried to harass the general public. They always said that Sir Computer is not working, System is not working, Officials are busy in official work, Visit Main Branch. Many people requested the officials of this Post Office Branch, but they are adamant to harass the general public and refuse to accept any post on petty matters.
    General Public is harassed all the times. Two more people are witnesses and same are also harassed by the officials of this Post Office Branch i.e. Rajiv Naryal having mobile number 094631-16716, Ashok Passi having Mobile number 09914801363.

    This is very disgraceful on the part of the officials of the Post Office. They are misusing their powers and their designations. Please do the needful and provide efficient services to the general public.
