    We have been using yr broadband connection for the last so many years.

    Earlier you had been given speed of 2 mbps in our area but still we did not get it disconnected but had got one more connection from Timble.

    Now from the last month, our sped was increased to 8 mbps which is also interrupted so many times.

    Timble has offered us speed of 30mbps with Unlimited Data and 35 days validity. If u like I can send you number of their concerned.

    In the light of above, please let us know whether our interrupted speed can be increased with increase in data and validity period or not.

    otherwise, we shall be compelled to shift to Timble.
