Complaint Irresponsibility in providing services

    Hi,

    I have ported my two connection from Airtel to BSNL. Also paid bill amount very next day. but everytime my porting request was rejected.

    When I called Airtel customer call my call was put on hold several time by saying system is slow. this call was extended upto 27 min. then lady told me that your oustading bill is pending but no clear solution how to pay my outstading as there is not option available on portal to pay outstanding. And lady was insisting me to download app and through that only you can pay your outstanding.

    As there is no outher option i did the same and paid Rs.200 (extra amount that outstading) to each no.

    yesterday one no. is being ported successfully to BSNL but other is till pending and again the same issue.

    Why such pathetic service you all are providing and what kind of expectations you have.

    this is the kind request to solve my issue on priority else i have to go next to consumer court against you.
