    1st complaint: I had recharged with ₹193 and I did not get any benifit. And when I called your customer care I am getting conflicting information. I want this issue to be resolved and what ever time you take it to resolve since the date I recharged, I need that time to be added in my validity of the recharge, because suppose you take 48 hrs to resolve and then you start giving me benefit, then also I am at loss for 48 hrs benefit. I don't won't either you and I be at loss. Pls action it asap.

    2nd complaint: one of your senior agent called Shama Mishra was rude on call and was not listening to me also she hung up on me. I want to raise complaint against her for her behaviour. If you are Ain customer service you should be polite not rude. How can you talk over customer and hung up on them. Customer can get angry if there is problem and you need to empathize and try to resolve and not show rude behaviour. There is no need of such agents in customer service. If you don't know your job how can you deal with customers. She don't deserve to be customer service agent. This is my formal complaint against her.
