    Dear Sir,
    I purchased a Sansui Ac from Flipkart on 27 Feb 18. Along with the Warranty offered by Sansui Brand from 27 Feb 18 to 26 Feb 19, I also took an Extended Warranty for 2 Years with Activation Code JFLKFI2AB5977 for the SPLIT AIR CONDITIONER, approved for the period 26-Feb-2019 to 25-Feb-2021 and provided under the "Jeeves Protection Shield (Extended Warranty); Extended Warranty Activation Code JFLKFI2AB5977".
    Till today, not a single Service has been provided to me even after making calls to Flipkart and to Jeeves Service. Both have told me to contact the "Brand Service Center" and both have given me contact numbers that are all wrong numbers that do not exist. For example, Snehal at the Flipkart Center gave me the number 18602584848 that does not exist and so also the second number. Finally she realised and took my Complaint with SR No. IN1810031219583345573. How is it that Flipkart is selling products without product Support information or help to obtain Service for the products that they sell? And what about the manufacturer of Branded Goods? This is a very poor state of affairs and a harassment of Clients. I am a 74 year old retired Central Govt Official and cannot be chasing Flipkart for obligations that are owed to me; especially those obligations that support a sale transacted by Flipkart - these obligations translated as "Warranty and Extended Warranty" have been Paid For and failure to provide Customer Suppost is in fact a violation of the terms of sale Warranty and also of the Extended Warranty. This sort of Harassment of Clients, especially Harassment of Senior Citizens and violation of Terms will not hold water in a Consumer Court. This is clearly a DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE. Please take action to:-
    1. Remedy this position that I am in.
    2. Kindly let me also know the full particulars of Sansui Call Center/Service Center; including the email and the name and number of the Head of the Service Center.
    3. The Extended Warranty has been provided by Jeeves Consumer Services in tie-up with Flipkart. The Warranty is called "Jeeves Protection Shield Extended Warranty with Extended Warranty Activation Code JFLKFI2AB5977 . How is it then that Mr Abhish and Mr Aditya of the Call Center and of Jeeves respectively, told me that they only take instructions from the Sansui Brand Service Center? So confusing and out of Sync!
    Kindly provide me with the above answers and kindly have my Ac Serviced immediately.
